Faulty foreskin

I'm worried I've got Phimosis. My foreskin doesn't pull back at all and, on top of that, ever since I was young my foreskin has ballooned out when I pee. I've had no problems having sex and haven't been particularly bothered about it until a few weeks ago when it began to feel uncomfortable.
The discomfort has been getting worse with each day, so I really need to know who can I talk to and what they can do about the problem?

You say you experience 'ballooning' when you pee, this is a common symptom of phimosis. It's also not unusual for men with phimosis to get infections, which is one possible reason for the discomfort you're experiencing and might explain why it's getting worse.
The best person for you to talk to about this is your local doctor (GP). They will be able to examine and advise you on the most appropriate treatments. There are different treatments available, including non-surgical treatments, surgery to loosen the foreskin (preputioplasty), and surgery to remove the foreskin completely (circumcision). Only your doctor is going to be able to advise you on their suitability.
People can often find it difficult or embarrassing to see a doctor; but try to remember your GP will be used to dealing with this sort of problem and will take a completely professional approach.
