Addaction is a charity that provides treatment, help and advice about drugs and alcohol for young people and adults. We have services all over the UK, including several specially for young people - youngaddaction.
Brook
Brook provides free, confidential sexual health services for young people under 25 via a national network of Centres, and the Brook Young Peoples Information Service, which comprises a freephone Helpline, confidential on-line enquiry service and text messaging service.
bss
bss answers well over a million e-mail, phone and web chat enquiries a year about health, education, careers, and social well-being.
CAB
Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) are independent registered charities providing free, independent, impartial and confidential advice to anyone who needs it, on a whole range of issues.

Samaritans
Samaritans provides 24 hour confidential emotional support to anyone in emotional distress by phone, email or face to face. If you want to get something off your chest, you can email them here.
SANE
SANE is a national mental health charity which aims to raise awareness of mental illness and campaign to improve services and initiate and fund research into the causes of serious mental illness through its research centre. Information and emotional support is also provided to anyone affected by mental illness via the helpline, SANEline and by email, via SANEmail.
Shelter
Bad housing wrecks lives.
Shelter believes everyone should have a home. They help 100,000 people a year fight for their rights, get back on their feet, and find and keep a home. Shelter also tackles the root causes of Britain's housing crisis by campaigning for new laws, policies, and solutions.
